Hi, I’m Eliana, founder of Rooted Risings, and for over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women in their journeys of healing, growth, and becoming.
What started as coaching grounded in adult development has grown into something much deeper — an integrative practice that blends:
This work is not just professional for me — it’s profoundly personal. It’s about supporting women to come home to themselves, shift the patterns that keep them stuck, and live lives that feel aligned, authentic, and whole.
I believe healing is possible — not because I studied it at University, but because I lived it.
Like many of the women I now support, my own path began in pain. I grew up in circumstances that left me with deep emotional wounds — a fractured sense of self, an urge to earn worth through success, and an aching for peace I hadn’t yet found.
As the years went by, I accumulated what I then thought were markers of success: a thriving business, a marriage, financial freedom and more. But inside, I felt lost. Disconnected. Tired of pretending I was someone I was not.
Eventually, I made a choice. I walked away — not because I had all the answers, but because I could no longer keep abandoning myself. That decision marked the beginning of my healing.
My journey led me to train as a psychologist, study trauma and transformation, and discover methods that helped me finally piece together the parts of myself I had long silenced.
This healing wasn’t linear or simple — it was layered, real, and sometimes messy. But it brought me home to myself. And now, I help other women do the same.
The work I do is grounded in a rich and diverse foundation that includes both psychological training and transformative practices:
These disciplines allow me to work across mind, body, emotions, relationships, and purpose, offering support that is both clinically informed and deeply human.
I work with women who are no longer willing to remain trapped in cycles that keep them small, silent, or self-sacrificing.
Women who hear a quiet whisper — or a loud ache — calling them back to themselves.
The women who find their way to this work are often:
They’re not seeking quick fixes. They’re ready for deep, embodied transformation.
