I believe change is possible not only because I studied it, but because I’ve lived the patterns I now recognise in others.
Like many of the people I work with, I learned early to hold everything together on the outside while feeling disconnected inside.
That experience drew me to psychology, neuroscience, and eventually systemic family therapy, where change happens in relationship, not isolation.
I’m Argentinean-American and have lived across different cultures for much of my life. Living between countries and languages has shaped how I understand belonging, identity, and family life.
I often work with individuals, couples, and families navigating cross-cultural relationships, relocation, and the challenges of building a sense of home.”

I work with people not in isolation, but in context — within the relationships and histories that shaped them.
My work isn’t about fixing.
It’s about creating the conditions where change can unfold naturally, safely and in connection.
Today, I work alongside individuals, couples, and families as they find their way back to themselves and to each other.

The way I work is shaped not only by lived experience, but by years of training across psychology, neuroscience, and systemic family therapy:
They give structure and depth to the relational work we do together.
